Companies grow well when the inside and the outside agree — when the culture your people live is the same story your market hears. When they match, growth compounds. When they drift, everything gets harder: hiring, selling, keeping people, keeping promises.

I learned this over twelve years inside lululemon, while it grew from $452 million to $6.3 billion and built its Asia business from zero. Now leadership teams bring me in, and we close gaps. Some engagements start with a growth problem, some with a people problem. It's the same work.

Human Studio

Work on the person the company runs on. We set a clear goal, get honest about the delta — where you are, where you need to be, what's in the way — and close it with a toolkit: specific practices, worked on live situations, until they're your default under pressure. Then the tools travel: leaders bring them to their teams, shared language becomes shared standards, and accountability becomes culture. The work starts with you.

The Company Studio

Work on the company as one system. Every company has a gap between what it says and what it does. We find that gap and close it inside work that's already underway: a growth plan, an offsite, an operating system we build together. What gets built together gets used. What stays behind is a system the company runs — and keeps running long after a SOW ends.

Who you'd be working with.

Twelve years at lululemon, from community manager to building the Asia business from scratch. Since then: annual culture work for a Michelin-starred restaurant group in Hong Kong, growth strategy for a wealth advisory firm, operating systems for founder-led companies, and leadership cohorts for women in Seattle and Manila.

And Hysterical — a menopause community co-founded with two friends, grown to thirty expert conversations and more than 24,000 podcast downloads on no budget at all. Proof the method works from zero.
